Returns and Refund

ONLINE EXCHANGES PURCHASE POLICY

Online purchased brands can be exchanged if intact. In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase online, please send us an exchange request by contacting our customer service on +961 76 199 442.

Exclusively for online exchanges, a 1st-time exchange of orders that were not initially subject to a delivery fee will be free of charge. 

A 2nd-time exchange on the same order will be subject to an LBP18,000 delivery charge. Online exchange requests on the same order are accepted up to 2 times only. 

We will gladly exchange items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition

  • For Full-price/Sale/Promotion Merchandise: Exchange within 5 days of purchase date.
  • Underwear, Swimwear and bikini bottoms items are not exchangeable.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  • Items returned are not exchangeable with Gift Cards.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.

FAULTY GOODS

  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs and is discovered upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund as per the above refund terms within 5 days from the purchase date.
  • Where possible and upon your approval, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund as per the above refund terms.
  • If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, you can do that.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
